The Field Collective is an online marketplace consisting of individual sellers and store owners. When you order a product, our sellers/brands are the ones that fulfils the shipping and handling of your products. Our storefront therefore does not exist and operate from one single address, or are able to package up multiple items from different stores/brands to ship out together. That is why you might receive multiple shipments if you order from different brands.
We are working to streamline this in the future, but for now, that is what our current start-up infrastructure can handle and we appreciate you understanding and having grace in this regard.
Some of our sellers who are already established, make use of Service providers that use warehouses in multiple states across Australia including Queensland, New South Wales, and Victoria as well as global partners. On occasions where stock in Australia is low, products are shipped from overseas.
Please be advised that when ordering multiple items they may come from different warehouses and with different couriers. You will be sent multiple tracking numbers if this is the case.
Orders are dispatched each weekday from our individual vendors/brands and their respective warehouses across Australia and on occasions from overseas as mentioned above. Your order will generally be dispatched within 1-3 business days of order placement. Certain products can take longer due to limited inventory and back orders. If this is the case with your order we will let you know.
As a general rule, if you live in or near a capital city, orders are delivered within 10 business days. Delivery to regional and remote areas can take a little longer, however usually no longer than 12 business days.

Unfortunately, we cannot give you an exact day and time your order will arrive as this will be determined by the courier's transit times and trucking schedules.
Consignment tracking details where applicable will be sent to you within 24 hours of your order leaving our warehouse. You will be able to track your order through the carrier's website.
The expected delivery time given by each courier is for reference only. Delivery might take longer than expected due to various reasons outside our control. If you do not receive your item within 10 business days, please contact our customer service team.
If no-one is home and there is a secure and dry place to leave your order, then the driver may leave your item(s). If there's no safe place they will leave a calling card and you can call them to arrange a re-delivery date or pick up from your local post office.
In the unlikely event that your parcel is returned to us due to there being an inaccurate address or it being rejected by a receiver, our customer service representative will contact you via email. A re-delivery cost may occur for any products that are returned to us due to incomplete addresses.
