I've been putting the Magnesium Sleep Balm on my feet and calves for a few weeks now, and it works great for soothing and calming my muscles and fascia. A few days ago, I decided to try rubbing a tiny bit into my lymph areas as well, before I fell asleep. Behind my ears, around collar bone, chest, near my arm pits, etc. WOW, WHAT A DIFFERENCE IN MY SLEEP! I was so relaxed and slept soundly. Definitely one of my fave products right now for sleep and relaxation.

Jude is a wonderful artist. I bought this card to give something special, unique and creative to a friend for her birthday, but ended up keeping the card for myself. I stare at it when I write or paint for myself, as it carries something beautiful and inspirational. It's quickly become a favourite "piece" in my art collection (though makes a wonderful greeting card as well).

Not only is Helen a fantastic writer, but her story touches your heart - even if you've never experienced the specific valley she's walked through. I couldn't put down her book. It was an easy read, and I gleaned so much from her revelations that I had journal pages full of revelation of my own. It is an especially brilliant read for anyone walking through a dark valley of sickness.

I love these little decals!! They look great in my shower and the Lord always seems to speak to me whenever I meditate on them. The black ink is timeless and works perfectly with my light tiles 😍
